    Co-Founder, Finance & Operations

    Konnor oversees financing, acquisitions, deal analysis, and core workflows. He evaluates off-market opportunities, works with local agents, and helps coordinate project planning. With over 5 years of experience in sales/marketing, Konnor ensures smooth collaboration across all channels. He verifies that all operational tasks are accurately completed within budget, and are renewed with excellence.

  • Jean-Pierre Weziak

    Co-Founder, Projects & Operations

    Jean-Pierre oversees project coordination, operational systems, and investor communications. He ensures each renovation is executed with precision: from contractor management to timelines, budgeting, and quality control. With a background in property operations, systems development, and process management, Jean-Pierre brings structure, organization, and efficiency to every project.

  • Van Sturgeon

    Professional Consultant & Advisor

    Van has over 30 years of experience working in the real estate business. Working previously as a highly skilled contractor, Van is also a successful real estate investor and mentor within the space. He has been involved in every facet of real estate including: land development, subdivision, and custom home building. Van has worked on thousands of apartments, single family homes, multi-family buildings, and other commercial properties across North America.
